The
MEGA
FixMyKite Cabrinha Airlock 2/SlingShot Screw Valve
is
the new inflate/deflate screw valve with a built-in pump adapter that
connects straight to any standard pump. Cabrinha started using these on
2014 kites, so they work on any 2014 and newer Cabrinha Airlock 2
valves. SlingShot also uses these Screw Valves on some 2015 & newer kites.
This valve will
NOT WORK
in the old
Airlock 1 valve base (Cabrinha Airlock with old-style cap, pre-2014).
MEGA valves use a larger, 4″ Tear-Aid patch
for repairs that need the patch to cover a larger surface area… such
as when removing the old valve isn’t possible without damaging the
bladder surface underneath and the old valve needs to be cut out,
leaving a larger hole in the bladder to cover.
FixMyKite
valves are all made with TearAid patch to work with any type or color of
bladder.
This velcro option equips the valve with a velcro ring to match the stock valve. This will help hold the valve in place
in the casing
, while screwing & unscrewing the cap, to keep the bladder from twisting
in the kite bladder casing.
FMK Self-Stick-Valves will stick on all bladders. Simply peel and stick to
make a fast and easy repair or adhere it to any new bladder. Specially
formulated Tear-Aid Type A adhesive is incredibly durable and will stick on any bladder
material or color. This package includes everything you need to make a fast and permanent
