    Description

    Vintage Everite Low Pitch C Melody Saxophone
    Been told it is likely from about 1920 - 1925
    S/N 49596 and Patented Dec 8 1914
    Silver Plated
    Comes with a Selmer Ligature
    Bow has three small dents otherwise in great shape for being ~100yrs old.
    Silver Plate is tarnished
    All keys move, but some are sticky
    Will need cleaning and lubrication
    Will Need New Pads and Cork
    I will package this unit with plenty of Melamine shipping foam as I do not have a case.  I truly know how to pack and ship delicate items.  FYI, Melamine foam is a soft, relatively high density foam and is ideal for shipping delicate items.
    I purchased this Saxophone about 20 years ago with the intent of making it fully operable.  I found it at a small Antique Store in Chapel Hill, NC.  Had intended to have it overhauled by a Gentleman that I had used before for an Antique Conn New Wonder refurbishment.  Sadly, that person had passed away.  Put this Saxophone in a closet and forgot about it.
